Our caregivers are employees, not subcontractors, who are bonded, insured by worker's compensation and covered by unemployment insurance. They are compassionate, trustworthy, respectful people who have been carefully selected and thoroughly screened. They are extensively trained, and many have experience with specialty care including alzheimer's, dementia, parkinson's, arthritis, cancer, diabetes, mental challenges and physical disabilities. We provide free on-site consultations to properly assess each client's needs and personality. We then match him/her with a qualified caregiver who has the necessary skills to provide the very best care. Every client and caregiver relationship is managed by an experienced RN Supervisor who makes ongoing assessments and recommendations. We use state-of-the art scheduling software to ensure our clients are always covered. Home Helpers tailors its flexible care plans to meet your specific needs, budget and schedule.
