The employee hiring process includes: - Interview and orientation at each individual location. - State requirements as a Nursing Associate/CNA. - Criminal and Sex Offender Background checks. - Two satisfactory work references. - Competency evaluation by an R.N.. - Completion of HIPPA health and safety in-services initially, and ongoing monthly in-services. Because of these strict standards, you can feel assured that you are receiving quality home services by competent and caring home care personnel. We are affiliated with a network of home health agencies and have served Central and South Central Virginia since 1992. Services may be covered by private pay, veterans, workman's compensation, private, or long term care insurance. Our staff will work closely with your insurance company in determining coverage.
