Taking the time to listen, to teach and to care for your needs, Home Health by Otterbein offers a family approach to home health care.
Providing a high level of personalized care, Home Health by Otterbein is guided by Otterbein's nearly century-old tradition of faith-based ministry, clinical skills and strong community ties.
Home Health by Otterbein provides a new range of services for Otterbein, complementing already strong independent senior services, outpatient capabilities and clinical facilities. Together, this wide array of services establishes one of the most extensive portfolios of independent care capabilities in the state. Originally established as Pioneer Home Health Care in 2005 by licensed physical therapists Tim McCormick and Kimberly Neikirk, the Medicare-certified home health agency has an established reputation for high-quality services. It has documented experiences in producing exceptional patient outcomes and maintaining a zero deficiency and complaint record with the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Ohio Department of Health. The agency was purchased by Otterbein Homes in 2009.
McCormick, Home Health by Otterbein's therapy supervisor, and Neikirk, its executive director, have a combined 38 years of hands-on clinical and supervisory experience.
Home Health by Otterbein services are an integral part of Otterbein's services portfolio and available to Otterbein Lebanon residents, in addition to residents in the surrounding area. With an office in Wilmington, Home Health by Otterbein also has established business operations on the Otterbein Lebanon campus, located in the two-story house just south of the corporate headquarters on state Route 741 in Warren County.
