Cornerstone Helping Hands based at 7594 Dayton-Springfield Road in Fairborn, serves the counties of Clark, Greene and Montgomery, and southern Miami County. One of our unique features is our 24/48 service guarantee. When you call to use one of our services, we will have a nurse out to do an evaluation within 24 hours and a caregiver out within 48 hours. Cornerstone Helping Hands specializes in customer service and helps clients get to know the office staff through home visits, periodic phone calls to check their status and satisfaction with their services. If their usual caregiver is not available, they trust an appropriate staffer to fit their needs will be out in their place. We have staff members on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Another unique service is a telephone system to clock employees in and out. If an employee does not clock in within 10 minutes of a scheduled appointment, the system will alert the office, which will in turn make sure the client is aware of the situation and things are being taken care of.
