Centra Home Health is a regional nonprofit comprehensive program that provides skilled nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, medical social services, home health aides and medical supplies/equipment. Centra offers an interdisciplinary team with years of experience as well as up to date evidence based education for you and your family. The overall health status of the patient is our primary concern. Centra Home Health is available to your and your family 24/7 so you always feel connected to expert compassionate care.

Centra Home Health is nationally recognized as a consecutive winner of the Home Care Elite Award for 2006, 2007, and 2008 and ranks in the top 5 percent in the nation in keeping patients in their home rather than returning to the hospital. We are certified by Medicare and the Joint Commission.

Centra Home Health professionals provide patients with services they need to regain their independence to get back to doing the things they enjoy. Services may include strengthening, gait and balance training, energy conservation, relearning how to swallow, dress and bathe, wound care, medication teaching, pain management, disease education and nutrition education/management.
